This is the second time we stayed at this site. We really enjoy how peaceful this campsite is. The site was in great condition and we had a great time.

He absolutely love this campground. We have been coming here with our family for 62 years and now we are on the fourth generation. It is a wonderful place to just shut down from any type of distraction. Kids absolutely love this place! From playing in the creek to fishing to just sitting around the campfire every night and talking there’s no better place to reconnect with family!

Cooper Creek Recreation Area is a great destination for camping and fishing just steps away from the water my first and second casts landed trout. I stayed at a Mulky camp site. The biggest issue at Cooper Creek is many locals are hanging out parking at pull outs waiting for the trout ruck to stock the creek. There was a constant crowd of obviously non-campers parked along the road fishing at the creek within the rec area when signs are posted explicitly saying that activity is prohibited.

Beautiful forest. Campground is on a remote and narrow gravel road. Didn’t see any staff to help with directions/check in, etc.

I truly enjoyed the campground. The only complaint I have is there is no campground host.
