Very nice campground with very clean facilities. The roads are very curvy up and down the mountains getting there so it is best to be an experienced driver if you are in a diesel pusher.

Well, we got there to the house and about 30 minutes later a water line burst and they didn’t know how long it be before it was fixed. Due to weekend..
We had no water, no bath and decided to leave.

Hot showers were adequate. Maintenance of grounds was good. However, location has no cellular reception or TV reception so be aware of that. I was told a church parking lot on the way to town was the closet cell reception.

Very clean campsites and bathrooms. There is a trail from the campground that connects to the AT. The lake is calm and provides an opportunity for fishing and kayaking.

The pavilion and the restrooms were very clean and in good order. Many thanks to the managers, Dan and Ruth Ann Brightwell, for their support. Their preparation and participation helped to make for a wonderful day!
