We are so glad we found this campground. The managers were wonderful and our site was beautiful. Not having any cellphone signal was problematic but a nice break at the same time.

This is one of our favorite campsites. We've stayed in our pop-up on both the powered and unpowered spots and loved them both. They are spread out so you don't feel like you're right on top of each other - and with minimal noise. You're fully off-the-grid with no internet access so you get to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature! We love that you can access the Blood Mountain trail from the campsite area. We have had incredible campsite hosts. We can't wait to come back!

The weather was perfect. There was a wonderful turnout for the event. The only drawback was that the restrooms were closed due to a water problem. There were two porta johns available, but they were in the parking lot which was some distance from the large pavilion where our event was.

We had a LWS reunion for all campers, people who loved the lake as much as us. Total success, staff were so welcoming and helpful. Went way beyond the call of duty. Lake Winfield Scott was just as beautiful as ever! Thank you.

This is a great campground. The host Stephanie is awesome. The Forest service needs to work on the sewer smell near the lake. It will take your breath. Other than that its a great place.

We got to the pavilion and the trash cans were full and had maggots!!! We took the trash off and had to bring back our pressure washer because there was moss on the steps (very slippery) we asked at the pay station for trash bags and her (Stephanie) reply was she didn't have any!! Luckly we brought some back with us. She was rude to us from the beginning!! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!
