It is very clean and peaceful. The camp sites are not on top of each other. Have camped their several times. The Hosts are friendly and also willing to help and answer any questions you may have.

I wish there was cell phone reception. Last November it was better.

Very nice park, roads and camping spots are kept in great shape. Only problem I saw was camping signage on roads to sertain loops were missing. We did find our spot and had a pleasant stay. Thank you

Very nice site with great view of the lake. Easy access to the shore. Old 30 amp service needs an upgrade.

Beautiful, spacious park. We stayed on lot 27. The description said it had a significant grade down to the lot, so we were worried our motorhome might scrape backing down, but it was actually not bad and we didn't scrape at all. The lot was perfectly level on concrete, nothing needed. We were right at the lake's edge, which looks to be common for most if not all sites. There is a lot of privacy and space for each lot, and you're feet away from the lake. The lake is currently being maintained so the water level was low, but this would be even more amazing with the lake up to normal levels. Still, it was beautiful, and has a lot of area to also walk and hike in. We recommend!

This park has great potential. Most sites are in good shape but many are unlevel.
My issue is with the bathroom facilities. They are very poor and need major renovation. This park does not have on site sewer so the COE should provide modernized and cleaned and maintained bath and showers. Luckily we are totally self contained but if you are not, be aware.

In the typical fashion of USACE campgrounds, our site (#92) was level and clean. The campground as a whole was kept well, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. West Point Lake was down considerably due to some gate work, but it was still a lovely place.

Had a great one week stay in site 66. Quiet, level pull thru site close to entrance of the camping loop.
