My trip to Shaefer Heard campground was a good trip.
I have a friend in Alabama that I visited while I was there. there are lots of restaurants to eat at if that's your pleasure. We always take side trips while there. The campground has so many good sites that are spacious making them quiet and more private than other campgrounds. We love this campground!!!

Great park , quiet , nice view , relaxing . Wish they had more comfort stations with showers ; but that’s just me . They have updated some of the showers that I’ve noticed . Very level site (#76) , overall a great holiday for a few days !

When we arrived to our lot was clean. The public bathroom and area located across the street was well maintained and clean. As always the staff was pleasant.
