Campground is very well maintained, hosts very friendly and helpful. I stayed in campsite number 24, right on the water with a little pathway down to the rocky beach. Perfect campsite for launching your kayak or stand-up paddleboard. It was very cold and windy for the first couple of days, but once the wind died down it was pleasant. Nice long paved driveway, but a little weird getting in because it makes a bit of a turn when you're trying to back your trailer in, watch your mirrors or you'll end up in site number 23. Verizon two bars, AT&T one bar.

The campground hosts that checked us in were very nice, cheerful and efficient! The grounds were very neat and clean, grass was cut. We were with three other campers and we enjoyed cooking & eating together every night! Victoria has become our favorite campground on Lake Allatoona!! We will be going back again soon!

Very nice with lots of shade! Spacious sites with nice formed picnic areas on each site. Host was very pleasant to speak with.
The loop that has the best lake views (as you first come in) tends to be more congested & lots of children playing in road.
Large beach area with designated swim area. The only thing need was the water entry are to be cleared. Lots of sticks & debris to wade through.

Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
Vehicles & parking
- You may have up to three vehicles at your campsite.
- Off-road vehicles, golf carts, and ATVs are prohibited.
Safety & rules
- You can camp for a maximum of 14 consecutive days or a total of 14 non-consecutive days within a 30-day period.
General
- Entrance gate is closed.
- Digital Copies of campground maps are available online. Please print ahead of time if you would like physical copy.
Local regulations
- The primary occupant must be at least 18 years old.
Fires & fuel
- Do not move firewood; purchase it locally and burn it on-site to protect forests from pests.
