Outside of the base, only the locals know about the speech, which is really nice because it's not overcrowded.

Access to this beach park requires a military beach. And just like most beaches in Oahu, the park is beautiful with awesome views and soft sand. The water is clear and the lightest of blue in color. The waves are great for body boarding most of the time.

All in all bad experience if you’re from anywhere else in the US and used to a standard NPS site.
Trashy crowd. I am used to camping in the mountains where people are typically respectful and quieter, so perhaps take this with a grain of salt. Our camp neighbors decided to whip out a loud speaker and blast karaoke starting around 9:00pm on Friday night and 10:00pm Saturday night (going well past midnight both nights) without any consideration that others might be trying to sleep or enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Other neighbors hooked up a long hose to the nearby sink and led it back to their site, so no one else has access. There was vomit in the men’s bathroom floor on Sunday morning… There were a handful of other groups that exhibited behaviors in line with this kind of stuff, albeit less obnoxious and selfish. I come to nature seeking… nature. Did not come seeking more city behavior. This is not the peace or aloha spirit I expected from Hawaiians. I was sorely disappointed.
Then there’s the campground. The “sites” are unmarked and difficult to follow. The men’s bathroom smells like rotten death. I still feel like a need to throw up to rid my memory of the smell. Trust me, I have done plenty of beach camping throughout all of California and seen what it can look like — this is much worse in smell and appearances. There is mold and deterioration throughout it. There was also literal vomit on the bathroom floor on Sunday morning.
Also, a heads up: there is quite a bit of wind throughout the site given its location near the east shore. It is difficult to pitch a tent in the evenings.

Bellow's beach has beautiful beach camping with great amenities on the military reservation, and amazing views on the civilian and military areas.
Pets are not allowed overnight or within 50' of the camp sites or buildings, on the military reserve, but there is a dog beach for day use.

Love this place
Beautiful oceans
Can see the sunrise
But the people here blasting music from 7am to 1am! I came here for the nature! Wanted to stay away from city!
Some of the camps numbers not so clear should be repaint!
Camping section a bit dirty the sand is to much charcoal (make my feet all dark)
