It was a nice and relaxing. We did not realize how low the reservoir gets in September so we had to figure out another system for launching our kayaks, and it all worked out.

Lovely, clean, peaceful site, off the beaten track. Walk around lake took about 2 hrs avoiding cattle and cow pats! Beautiful lake with sandy shores. All sites were good sized, large and private

Well worth the drive, 1+hr on Forest Roads. Camp host Linda was amazing and helpful! Flat, spacious spots, #8 has a path leading to the lake. Great fishing, swimmable, homes nearby. Really loved the remoteness of this gem!
