The campsite is well-maintained and clean, thanks to the diligent camp host. Visitors have consistently had positive experiences and enjoyed their time there. It's conveniently located near hot springs, with clear and easy-to-follow rules.
The campsite is nice and well taken care of. The camp host does a good job keeping everything clean and working. We've used the camp many times in the past and it's always been positive.
Space was extremely misrepresented. It’s not nearly big enough for 5 RV’s. Camp hosts were nice, but told me that since I made the reservation I was responsible for making sure everyone follows the rules. Leash tickets for the group would be mine even though I didn’t even have a dog. So I’m supposed to play hall monitor to my friends just because I made the reservation?
Left after one day, but cannot connect with the “manager” to get a refund. He gave unclear instructions on how to request a refund. I reached out for additional help, but we’ve been playing phone tag and I’ve requested he text me the email address. Does not respond with text- will only returns my calls when I am unavailable. It’s the 21st century and he calls from an i-phone- texting an email address is a reasonable request which should be easy to do. Would not recommend this campground or any campground under this management.
