What Guests Are Saying
O'Hara campground is praised for its beautiful setting and well-maintained spots, making it a favorite for many campers over the years. While some visitors encountered issues with camp hosts and the lack of a functioning water system, others reported positive interactions and enjoyed their stay. Overall, it remains a popular destination for outdoor activities, despite some areas needing maintenance.

The setting is amazing at O'hara, however, with no water and no garbage service (the bins were overfilled), it only rates average. In addition, the bridge to access the campground needs to be refurbished sooner than later.

The scenery is the whole game here. Nature has created these gifts. Gifts so beautiful we wonder just how they came about ... as if they need explanation. Thanks for making areas like this accessible to my wife, my dog, and me so that we may wander and wonder.

Very nice campground. Well maintained spots with brush trimmed back, unlike Wilderness Gateway that is so overgrown and the picnic tables are in such bad shape we couldn’t use ours.

O'hara is always a good early season campsite, but when will the water be maintained and turned on?
