What Guests Are Saying
Bull Trout is praised for its beautiful, peaceful setting, particularly around Martin Lake, with clean facilities and well-maintained grounds. Camp host Beth receives frequent commendations for her friendliness and helpfulness, enhancing the overall experience. While some reviewers noted the proximity of campsites to neighbors and the rough access road, these issues are outweighed by the positive aspects of the campground.

The scenery was beautiful!
The bathrooms were not cleaned and were not restocked for five days out of ten that we stayed there. We kept asking the camp hosts but they told us they did not have anything to restock the bathrooms with, they also never cleaned them. In previous years camp hosts took care of all of that. Also, the signs around the campground and on the trails need to be repainted, many of the are peeling off. The few forest rangers that drove by were very nice, Savannah is one of them!!
Thank you!

Spacious sites with easy lake access. The bugs can be a bit overwhelming so bring the bug spray for maximum enjoyment!

Bull Trout is a beautiful lake and perfect for paddling, as no motorized craft are allowed. Be aware that only a few sites along the lake are large enough for larger trailers and motorhomes, and several of those are not flat nor do they have room for slide outs. The sites along the Martin Lake loop are much better suited for RVs.
