What Guests Are Saying
Warm Springs Guard Station offers a beautiful and peaceful location with plenty of outdoor activities, including nearby hot springs and trails. Many guests appreciate the well-maintained property and relaxing atmosphere, having enjoyed their stays over the years. Some concerns were noted regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and minor issues like mouse activity and wood supply, but overall, it remains a favored spot for visitors.

Yet another wonderful trip and all thanks to WSGS and our lovely forest service people!
I can’t and won’t ever stop raving about this place enough, and I hope this gem is able to stay in the cabin-community for debates to come. We will continue doing our part in keeping this gem alive, and it’s our honor to put in the extra work whenever it’s needed for the upcoming visitors.
Eat your heart out AirBnB ;-)

Best experience ever. Loved the GS, loved the activities nearby. Bonneville Hot Springs to our selves on a cool autumn morning. What can top that!?

Payette River access is available at two locations: one near the cabin, the other further down the road. Very beautiful turquoise pools, and, when river is low, ability to walk along river’s edge. There are multiple fire rings at each location.

This was our 4th year now staying here and my family loves it! Next renter, bring a can opener and fresh dish towels, those were the only things missing.

A gem among so many FS cabins that have been neglected.
Wood stove heats it up nicely. Clean and charming.
We intend to come back often.
