What Guests Are Saying
Emigration Campground is praised for its clean facilities, beautiful scenery, and friendly hosts who are attentive and helpful. Campers appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, well-kept sites, and the overall positive experience, with many expressing their intent to return. Some minor issues include flies and occasional noise from nearby trails, but these do not overshadow the campground's appeal.

The listing states there are flush toilets, which is not accurate. The flush toilets have been turned into a storage room.
My camp site was not even close to flat. I had one side of my rv on 4 inch tall blocks.

There is no way this will fit a 45 foot camper like the #18 site details say. Fortunately after several tries we were able to fit our 25 foot camper and our truck without poking out into the road. Overall it was a nice site, but I think they need to go review all the site details to make sure no one is caught off guard if their trailer setup won't fit.
Overall I would probably stay their again....just need to find one of the other sites which it would be easier to fit in. Some nice ATV trails were accessible from camp which made it pretty convenient.

Our campsite was double booked for some reason. Got a call the day before and had to cancel my whole group. Still haven't seen my refund

Camp sites where filthy and can not fill trailer with camp site payed for water only get 5 gallons a day. won't be back to Emigration camp ground or any in the bear lake valley, same person runs the whole valley. you can literally park up the hill 1 mile in a paved parking area and camp for free with a bathroom.

We stayed in one of the group sites. It was great for our crew. It’s close to lots of fun things to do and we’ll stay here again. Gave 3 stars for:
- campsite wasn’t clean when we arrived. Garbage was left from previous campers.
- bathrooms weren’t clean. Only saw them get cleaned once the whole 4 days we were there.
- flies are unbelievable! The are fly trap bags all over. We added more and that really helped.
- by one of the picnic tables there was a horrible smell. .. like a dead animal. We finally figured out it was one of the fly trap bags and moved it.

The host was great. The campground was great. The hosts abusive drunk husband made the week miserable and scary

The campground is great. The new bathrooms are hard to get used to tho.

We love coming to this campsite every year with our family. It's so beautiful and close to Bear Lake. The bathrooms are super clean and well maintained. The biting flies were a bit miserable this year, so come prepared.
