We have been going here since I was a teenager. It has the best of all worlds as far as location, level RV spots that also have tent spots, electricity, water and septic dump when you leave. Nice attendants and used to be pay showers are now free! My only gripe is the fact that you used to be able to go drive in maybe on a Sunday or during the week and they had first come-first serve, sights and now everything is online and you have to make the reservations so far in advance and you don't always know what your situation will be when the reservation comes up. Still worth going and we always have a nice time. Lots of things to do from swimming, lots of paved trails for walking or riding bike, or doing some kind of sport activity in the nice park area.

Our first time at Riley Creek. This is an absolutely beautiful campground/park! We enjoyed an evening stroll around the beach after setting up camp. Enjoyed the sun going down over the water. Very clean grounds and well maintained. Relaxing atmosphere and fairly private spaces -- we didn't feel like we were packed in with the other campers. The next day we walked around the rest of the loops and ran into some friends who were also camping there in another loop and had an enjoyable evening visiting and "catching up" with each other. Overall, this is one of our new favorites!

This was hands down the nicest campground I have ever stayed at! The sites are all spacious with lots of natural vegetation. Park is clean with a nice swim beach, boat launch, picnic shelters, doggie Island for the mutts to play on and friendly, helpful staff. We will be back!

While the campground itself was nice, with plenty of space and scenery, our neighbors, with their 9 little ones, heavily contributed to a very uncomfortable and hot night. The after 10 pm noise levels, the baby shrieking, the mom yelling, the little ones sneaking out throughout the night, the unattended campfire, etc. ruined our first night of what was to be a relaxing vacation. Where were the camp hosts? Should they not do a drive through? Thankfully, the group were asked to leave the next day, but they left AFTER checkout as they had a LOT to pack up.
