Some of the campsites on the downhill slopes were very wet and soggy. Poor drainage. Specifically, 43 and 44.

had neighbors who pulled in on our second day. they had 3 large barking dogs and the male guy had a foul mouth so we loaded up and went and camped on state land. Nothing you can do about who camps at your campground. but i won't stay at a place that i can't even go outside and sit and enjoy myself....would be nice to get refund for unused night but i am sure that won't happen....Rena jacobsen

Beautiful campsites overlooking the lake. Road to Dent Acres is long and winding - as said in description, a bit much for a just one night stay. The real drawback is no easy access to the water. This campground caters mainly to boaters.

Beautiful clean camp ground. Guys enjoyed the easy access to boatdock. Tiered sitea ensure everyone has view of water. Road is sketchy when driving 40 ft motor home, but we'll worth the experience.

very relaxing visit, caught lots of fish, wasn't an overcrowded campground, very nice and friendly host, love the covered picnic tables. Sites are a little kattiwampus but
doable.

Only reason for 3 stars is because my stay was shortened by a nearby controlled burn which had smoke and ash permeating my rig the next morning. Dent Acres is a beautiful and meticulous campground with each site having full hookups. Definitely a 5 star campground. And very reasonable pricing. $25 and if you carry an America the Beautiful pass you get half off. I arrived almost at dark after driving the 19 miles of very curvy road. Warning! There is no cell service on said road. Most, if not all, sites are pull through. Again, I don't really know anything more as I was not able to fully enjoy the beautiful area. Would NOT go back again because of the road in.
