Nice spot. A bit smoky when we were there. Spacious sites. Clean bathroom. Just wished people didn’t leave their stuff on the beach for days when they don’t use it every day.

Camp hosts were harassing campers with not paying the correct amount for the stay. Booked as senior lifetime as my wife and children/grandchildren were coming. We had a level 3 evacuation because of fire at our house along with elderly in laws from a nursing home and family dwelling. We stayed to monitor our house and offer assistance to the father in law and mother in law in evacuation of the elderly care home. My daughter still went but because we could not get away they made them pay the difference. The hosts also were speaking badly about friends of our even alluding to the fact that any thefts were probably them. Told this to their daughter not knowing she was. This family is a strong Christian family and would never take anything. We have camped there for many years and never been treated like this. Also told them the beach was closed when they were down by the lake to look at the stars????

I enjoyed our stay. Beautiful campground, nice and clean. The host was a little over the top very on the books a little unwelcoming. I guess she’s just doing her job though.

The camp host was confrontational and aggressive. Enforcing rules that were not posted or never have been heard of before. This made for a poor experience and was mentioned by multiple other campers who were having the same experience.

This camp is very good, easy access, upper loop has lots of space between camps, lake just down the hill. Camp hosts were very helpful. Even late in the season, the sites were not "worn out" and tired! Highly recommend.

Because of the weather, some people had left and there were camp sites open. We liked the campground. There is a range of sizes and shapes. The old bathrooms were stocked and cared for (no showers). The host was very nice and helpful. Although you had to walk down the hill to reach the lake, it was very beautiful with easy access to the water. We would visit again.
