Facilities were clean. The campground host was intrusive. She was a “know-it-all” and her experience was always better than anybody else’s. We’ve been going to Luby for 30 years, and the best hosts are there when you need them and friendly not competitive about experiences.

Wonderful campground. Beautiful lake with a great beach. Fifteen minute walk to Hills Resort. Plenty of hiking and biking trails around the area.

Incredibly quiet and well kept campground. Check in was just show up and setup. Leave no trace ethics. Best part, they provide bear boxes! Just a. Short drive or walk down to the lake but not very accommodating for people with walking disability.

Our family has been going to luby bay for 30 years and it seems to be going down hill, the beach used to be kept up and clean and the dogs used to have to be on a leash but that's not the case anymore, we used to see the camp host all the time now we never see them, also the fire pits are not being cleaned and the camp tables are not in good shape. We love going to Priest lake and do wish they would get some people in their that care about the property.
