Lots of little private beaches along the campground shore. No big beach but still decent access. Lots of party boats out on the water. Could hear them from camp.

Campsite is easy to get to, sites are decently big and are well taken care of. Bathrooms were surprisingly great as well with a plumbed toilet and sink!
There is lake access, but the beach is very small (literally 10-20 ft wide). While you can get in the lake and swim there, don't expect to be relaxing on the beach for hours on end or have space to yourself if there are others. It's still an added bonus to take a dip, though.

Host is great. Campground is clean. All the time. Our site was prepared when we arrived. The host will make or break a campground. This host appreciates nature. And isn’t intrusive. But always close when you need him

Very quiet campground. Two restrooms, although one was always clogged. The lights were very dim in the bathrooms. Bear proof garbage cans and a nearby hike. Cute trail along the shore.

I was going to post better pics than the site offers, but mine didn't turn out. So I'll just tell you... Osprey is better suited for RVs than tents. I scoped out several sites and there's hardly a flat spot for a tent at all. The tent spots available are small. We had to pitch our 9x14 tent on the driveway. Driveways are long though. The campground is very hilly too- we couldn't put 4 lawn chairs around the fire pit because it was situated on a hill, with a flat spot on the uphill side for chairs. The smaller number spots are flatter, and the sites on the lake side are flattest. We usually avoid lake side sites because they tend to be very windy, but at Osprey I think lakeside would be fine since the trees offer a lot of protection. The campground is very wooded in general, offering a secluded feeling. There are 2 very small beachy spots. Read:very small. Like, 2 lawn chair size. Also, we have Verizon and service was very good.

My favorite Camp Ground. Our site was right on the water, beautiful site. Huge campsite as far as lot size goes goes, it even had a little place I could put my kayak in. No actual beach, but there are spots to get into the lake to swim/kayak/fish. The on site host are very nice, and the park is very well kept and generally clean. Don’t forget to be bear aware and keep your food and trash up!

We love this place. However, the camp host presence this year was basically NON-EXISTENT, which is not good. Campers were noisy, barking dogs etc. Usually the hosts of this campground are quite good, making rounds several times a day. These people were like ghosts-if they came around at all, it was very early in the morning and very early in the evening. Noise after 10 pm not addressed. We've been camping here for years and it was quite a disappointment.
