There was so many mesquites it was terrible. We were only there about 10 minutes and it was so bad we went looking for a different spot to camp. We ended up close to the lake without shade. But it was still better than being swarmed by hundreds of mesquites. We had already paid for our spot so we were just out the money. They really need to spray or do something about the mesquites. The fishing was not good either. I would not recommend staying there.

Campground is great, always well maintained, the bathrooms are always clean, and the camp host is always around and willing to provide anything and everything that is needed. The lake is close by and forest system roads/trails are easily accessible from the campground. A great site to get some R&R.

The campground was clean and well maintained. This is a great place for the kids to disconnect from their electronic devices. The camp host has been very helpful every time we have been here. She really goes out of her way to make sure we have a wonderful experience.

The campground was clean. The camphost was pleasant and helpful. We were with a group of campers and several other members joined us for a potluck one evening......good and fun experience.
