What Guests Are Saying
Boulder Campground offers a fantastic camping experience with clean, well-maintained facilities and friendly, helpful hosts who enhance the stay. Campers appreciate the beautiful views, spacious sites, and well-kept shower houses. While some noted the lack of water hookups at each site and occasional bug issues, the overall atmosphere is peaceful and enjoyable, making it a favorite destination for many.

Very clean campground and bathrooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We brought a Scout Troop. Sites are limited to two tents, but because of COVID rules we are only able to tent two youth per tent. The Staff graciously allowed the exception.

We stayed at site #9 and really loved the beauty and cleanliness of this campgrounds. We pull a 20ft travel trailer and our site was plenty large for the camper and truck. This site is right on the water and the boat ramp is next to it. The people at the gate were very kind and helpful . All the camping sites here do look beautiful along with nice fire pits and beautiful views. Would definitely want to camp here again if were were in this area.

Typical of most COE facilities, this is a very nice campground that is well maintained with many great sites. Our site (#038) had a fair amount of slope from front to back, but we were able to level our 43' motorhome with some creative blocking.
Restroom and shower facilities are first rate and staff was very friendly.
The city of Carlyle has most anything you may need during the trip and the peaches from the local orchard were quite tasty!
Only complaint is the increasing amount of LED light shows that folks must think are cool, but it really spoils the beauty of sitting around in the evening darkness enjoying nature.

We love camping at Boulder! The bathrooms are so clean and I love the AC too. We love how spacious all the sites are and the amount of shade provided as well. The only negative thing I have to report this time is the bugs seemed way worse than normal. We had to fog our camper several times or we were constantly attacked. Overall a fun time was had and we'll be back again soon.
