I've stayed for three 2wk stays since May. I would stay here all summer if I could. The Attendants here are so nice and welcoming! Cleanest facilities on the lake. A beach in walking distance makes it really nice.

The campgrounds have been well kept. Bathrooms are clean and roomy. There is plenty of shade most of the day in many spots. Only complaint is every site is now reserve only so no more first come first serve. This really reduces any chance for anyone traveling to get a spot for even one night. Been coming here for years but I feel that will probably change.

Something has to be done about all these dogs not on leashes. Had a Doberman run after my 6 year old granddaughter when she was going from site 24 to site 30. It was from site 23. Dog was as tall as my granddaughter, owner said "he won't bite". He wouldn't have to, he can just plow her down. Not a fan of new trash dumpster locations. Rocky raccoon is probably loving it.
