My family’s favorite campground. We love all the grass and big sites. There is not a bad spot at this campground.

Coles creek is a well maintained COE & the hosts were helpful and friendly. One thing to know is that there are centrally located water spigots, not water on every site. Site 87 is a nice size site on the water

campground is great however the website to res a site is very hard to manage. I have tried to get sites when they are first released and have gotten the site I wanted one time in the past 7 years even though I have been online at the listed time for the release of reservations for the coming year. I even called and ask why this keeps happing and no one can tell me why.

Nice level campsite, right on the water. Plenty of space between campsites for the kids to run around. Would have been nice to have some mature trees around the site to supply some shade but with our canopy up we made our own shade. Had a great stay and will be back for sure, would recommend to anyone. Bathrooms were very clean. Hosts were nice.

We stayed at Coles Creek Campground on Lake Carlyle. Our site was on the water's edge. Beautiful spot. Quiet, serene, the site was impeccable, clean, large, private and very accessible and reasonably priced. We would most definitely stay there again.
