The thibk I noticed and appreciated the most, was the absolute QUIET! Was there just for an overnight, while traveling, mid-week. Having spent the three days prior in a campground filled with kids..... and the associated noise and lack of respect for your lit as they moved thru the campground, being here was like heaven!
No noise. Just you, in nature, enjoying nature.
No clue what this place is like on the weekend and during mid summer. But for this stay? 10 stars and higher for the absolute peace, quiet and serenity!

We loved our stay! Such a beautiful place. Unfortunately, we arrived after dark, and had a really hard time getting to the right campground. Better address would be super helpful!

Pleasantly surprised at how nice of a site this was. Not FHU, but not that big of a deal. VERY large site with lots of space between us and the neighbors. The park was clean and we took advantage of the bike trails. The sunrise over the lake from the dam vantage point was wonderful. We only had one complaint regarding the neighbor's dog constantly barking but that was quickly resolved by the camp host.

The Spillway Loop does not have a shower house, or dump station. Campers are able to use the shower and dumpstation at the entrace of McNair throughout the non-peak season. *Shower House may not be open 7 days/week. |

Camping No-Show - Camping no-show customers who do not arrive at the campground or group facility by check-out time the day after arrival or does not cancel the reservation by check out time on the day after the scheduled arrival date will be assessed a $20.00 service fee and forfeit their reservation. If the no-show service fee is greater than the reservation amount, the customer will not be charged any additional service fees. |

Cancellation Fees - A $10 service fee is withheld from the refund anytime the customer cancels a camping or day use reservation. Depending on when the cancellation is made, it may be considered a late cancellation and additional fees may be forfeited.
