Great facility and very well maintained. Park had serious storms go through a few days before our arrival. They had it mostly cleaned up when we arrived, but our site had a damaged limb overhead, so they had move us to the site usually for "First Come First Serve" and was very nice.

We love site 54, the water is so close. We had great luck fishing at this site! The Carlyle Lake is so relaxing to sit and watch the sunset.

This is a very nice place—lots of room at the campsite. The bathrooms were clean and had AC. The camp host was informative about what was going on. They did a presentation on owls Saturday night lots of good information.

Grounds and shower houses superbly maintained and clean. Sites are spacious. Hosts are knowledgeable & friendly. Love the proximity to stores, restaurants, beach, bike trails, & boat ramps.

The campground was quiet and clean. We liked all the trees, too. The spaces weren’t crowded. The bathroom and shower were clean. It was our first trip out with our new travel trailer and we were very happy with our stay. We have already booked another stay!

I visited this campground in early June. I've been to many campgrounds, but this one was exceptionally well-maintained, and best of all, there were no mosquitoes, which was fantastic. The distance between the campsites was just right, and the lake view was stunning. If you have the time, I highly recommend taking a boat ride on the lake.

From I-70, take State Route 127 south to Carlyle and turn east on William Road. Continue for 1/2-mile and turn north on Lake Road to reach the campground or turn south to reach the day use area.

General
- All campsites are reservable.
- No personal checks or cash are accepted at this time. Credit/Debit card only.
- Camping No-Show - Camping no-show customers who do not arrive at the campground or group facility by check-out time the day after arrival or does not cancel the reservation by check out time on the day after the scheduled arrival date will be assessed a $20.00 service fee and forfeit the first night use fee. If the no-show service fee is greater than the reservation amount, the customer will not be charged any additional service fees.
- Cancellation Fees - A $10 service fee is withheld from the refund anytime the customer cancels a camping or day use reservation. Depending on when the cancellation is made, it may be considered a late cancellation and additional fees may be forfeited. A customer who cancels a reservation the day before or on the day of arrival will pay a $10.00 service fee AND forfeit the first night's use fee (not to exceed the total paid for the original reservation). Cancellations for a one-night reservation will forfeit the entire amount paid and will not be subject to an additional service fee.
- Firewood brought into this facility must be purchased, or collected locally due to invasive insects.
