Very nice volunteers at the entrance, however, two big issues:
- You can ONLY book a site online and cash is not accepted. This seems discriminatory to individuals who do not have the means of owning a smartphone.
- Extremely packed campground. The tent next to me was only about 18ft away and they were all up until 3:30am talking. Could just be personal preference, but I had a difficult time sleeping with people that close.

Very easy access to get in and out off of 80 and laid out on the Mississippi River. Shower house was clean and well kept. Attendants were present and helpful. Gate never closes for late arrival or early exits. Our site was level and had electric only. There is potable water and a dump station at exit. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This location is basically on the banks of Mississippi River and is a great place to stay.
All the amenities you could ask for such as clean showers, electric sites, tent sites, great grounds, and a fabulous view. I highly recommend it!

This was a one night stay. The campground was very nice. on the Mississippi River. nice bath house, friendly camp hosts. we saw a barge and a cruise ship go through the locks. it was very close to the interstate. I have nothing bad to say about the stay here.

Loved watching the river traffic. Rode for an afternoon on the nearby bike trails. Well maintained sites with room to spread out a little.

This a great picturesque park right on the Mississippi River. Easy to access just south of I-80 and easy access to shopping and dining in the Quad City area. The shower house is exceptionally clean, firewood is available and there are potable water spots throughout the park. Site 30 has one right next to it. Trees are big and tall providing shade throughout the day to various sites. StarLink users will find sites with afternoon shade and unobstructed StarLink reception. Verizon LTE service was strong in the park too. Lavendar Crest winery in Colona is well worth your visit for lunch and wine tasting. Beautiful patio to sit and enjoy the day with good food and good wine.

I would highly recommend this place! The camp hosts, Kathy and Keith, were great. We met so many nice people and the setting along the river was beautiful!
