Great location, right next to the river. Not 5 stars because campsites are quite close to each other. Small area so easy to walk to the bathrooms. Firewood for sale on site. Close enough to the Quad Cities that we went into town for dinner.

Nice paved sites, close to the river. Somewhat smaller than some of the other COE campgrounds..

Stayed near the end of the season. The ranger staff was super helpful and checked once on us to say hello. Tent camping was close together but we were the only one there. lots to see and also some good eats nearby! firewood from the station down the street was cheap.

Nice park with mostly level sights. Good river views. Reserved check in is a little confusing. All in all a great place to stay and relax.

COE parks are always great ! So clean, large sites, many are cement pads. Right on bike/walking path. Love being on the Illinois side of river, awesome sunsets. Hosts are always friendly and helpful. A fantastic bargain with the senior pass.

Clean campground and easy access to I80. Quick trip to LeClaire for a quaint town or go bigger and visit the QCA.

We went Oct 9-12 and was lucky to have such an unbelievably good weather. Overall, the place was alright. It was slightly packed- the campsites were a bit close to each other so it’s not what I have expected. Given the Covid situation, we had hoped to find a bit remote and more space between campers. Another Downside to this campground is that it is very close to the train tracks and it’s loud at night. We still enjoyed our time in our RV but I would rather pick another location next time.
