This was our favorite COE campground so far. we were in a full hook up loop. The paved surface was great because the previous heavy rains would have made crushed gravel surface awful to deal with. The grounds were very well kept. I did not see any overgrown grass areas. The picnic grounds were beautiful. The bike path is terrific! We don't have bikes but I walked 3.6 miles every morning on the bike path. It was really well taken care of. I felt safe. I liked the sides of the bike path were also cut down so that limited my chances of ticks. We enjoyed out visit to the Visitor Center. Very informative and I believe kids would enjoy it also with the activities and animals that they have. The host working the gate was very friendly and helpful. Shower house was clean and had hot water. we will definitely return to this campground.

Wood Duck is great with full hook ups. Park is clean and bathouses are awesome.
But we were first at lot 44 I think and the sewer seem was not good!! I would not stay in that lot # again or the one just South of 44

Camping spot was very nice. Wasn’t expecting the concrete picnic table! We were two spots from a restroom & hydrant and half block from very nice shower house.

Loved our site location - 2 things that could have made it better was the yard was so tall not understanding why the grass wasn’t mowed when other sections were ! The previous renter left huge piles of dog poo we had to move because we didn’t want our kids stepping out j it and it stunk! So please if your going to camp clean up after yourself !

Amazing two weeks. Volunteers and Rangers absolutely amazing in providing information of events and locations to visit around the area. Lots of wildlife viewing.

We enjoy camping at Rend Lake. We would like it if they would replace the old concrete tables and put in new fire rings. The old tables and fire rings are really old and in bad shape..

From I-57 take exit 77 and turn west on Route 154. After 4.5 miles turn south onto Rend City Road. Continue through the four-way stop and follow signs to the campground.
The campground is accessible via I-57, with exit 77 leading to Route 154, which is approximately 4.5 miles from the exit. Route 154 connects to Rend City Road, which provides access to the campground.

General
- All campers MUST register/ check-in with gate attendant upon arrival to receive site and vehicle tags.
- Camping equipment is required to be placed on the campsite; one camper with a maximum of three tents OR four tents per site are permitted. Sites may NOT be reserved for parking of vehicles.
