The only problem was the ground being unlevel, everything else was very good.

North Sandusky is my favorite campground. The campground hosts and Park Rangers are wonderful. The bathrooms and showers are the cleanest I've ever seen. I can't say it enough how wonderful the bathrooms and showers are.
If I had to complain about anything it would be to move the trash cans back into each loop and have more full hook-ups. These things will not stop me from coming back.
I LOVE North Sandusky.

First of all, let me say we've been camping at North Sandusky for about 20 years and have rarely had a problem. That place is amazing. But this time, the bathrooms and shower houses didn't get cleaned or restocked the whole weekend. The grass had recently been cut before we got there, and there was grass tracked in the bathrooms and shower houses, which stayed there the whole weekend. Usually the bathrooms are cleaned before you even get up in the morning, but it didn't happen all weekend.

The campsite was large, had lots of trees and included a concrete patio. Check-in was excellent and the camp host was so sweet! I one thing I wish is that they would sell firewood on site.

We enjoyed our 1st full week camping experience. Huge well groomed level camping sites. Lots of space and open area.

We had a very pleasant experience at North Sandusky. Campground is well maintained including restrooms. The bike /walking path is very nice. We had an issue with our fire ring and the campground host took care of it right away and came back the next day to check on us. We visited Pheasant Hollow Winery. Two diner type restaurants, Burtons and Cozy Table are very good and reasonably priced. For two retirees and their dog who jus like to relax this was a perfect stay.
