In the Army Corps of Engineers campground book, it said "Reservations accepted." I opted not to make a reservation ahead of time, so I could look at the sites first. When I got to the campground, I found a site and was about to set up and learned someone had reserved the site, but it was not marked in any way, so I moved, no big deal. However, as I talked to the neighboring campers, they shared they and their friends reserve the same two campsites every weekend. They've been doing it for years. One of the sites was probably the best site in the entire campground and every weekend it goes to them. Perhaps they were exaggerating, but this seems odd and also not exactly equitable.
The sites were of decent size, but close together and not a lot of trees offering privacy from neighboring campers. The lake is beautiful though and the campground was quiet.

Loved camping at Bo Woods. Spent every evening at the dog park for an hour. Nice view of sunset by the picnic pavilion We went to Arthur to eat at Yoder’s and shop at Beachy bulk foods. Nice shady spots fairly level. We also enjoyed our picnic lunch at Willow Ridge winery. They have some excellent wine and are very friendly. The shower house was clean and nice shower head.

Bo Woods our favorite campground. The campground is kept so clean and well mowed. The check-in experience goes very smooth.
