What Guests Are Saying
Bo Woods Campground is praised for its cleanliness, well-maintained sites, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice for campers. Many visitors enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the ample opportunities for boating and biking in the area. However, some noted the limitations in fishing access, crowded weekends, and the condition of restrooms, suggesting areas for improvement. Overall, it remains a favored destination for camping enthusiasts.

the last two times I been there first I had power problems, worker there gave me 24hr park ranger phone number. called him he had guy there in the morning he fixed the 20 amp plug and then he noticed the 30 amp
was loose and replaced it, great job. then next month we had area power out called him and inform the group
what was going and let us know was not camp grounds problem and power company got it fixed. also like how the ground and restroom are taken care of. we had two bad storms with in a week good job clean up

What a fantastic place to stay. Our site was very large and accommodated our 34 ft trailer and 18 ft pontoon along with both vehicles. The tree line provided a wonderful afternoon shade and we could see the lake from our site. The Hosts at check in were so nice and welcoming. They even provided us advice on protecting our Acess Pass. The boat ramp was clean and the fish cleaning station was fantastic. We will definitely be back for more visits. If you find a day you want to adventure, we recommend a trip to Casey. It is about an hour drive and is famous for the World's Largest (you name it). Stop at the Casey's gas station for a free scavenger hunt map. What a fun time.

Everything was very clean and quiet. When we backed into our site, expecting to level our camper, to our amazement, it was perfect. The camper was completely level. This has never happened before. We had the perfect amount of shade and the perfect amount of sun. There was a constant breeze, which was absolutely delightful. We also had a waterspout right next to our camper. We will definitely be going back..

More full hookups would be nice, along with paving more sites, but overall a nice stay for the price.

Too many vehicles allowed on adjacent sites. A boat and three cars, a pop up camper and a tent. They also plugged into my power pole.
