First time staying at this campground because it is next to the marina and we had rented a pontoon. Campground was nice with many trees. The grounds were well-maintained and it has a beach area for those with children. However, this campground does not have a dog park. I would stay here again.

The gate attendants are nice and very helpful.
We enjoy are stays there. The trails that have been made are nice to take walks on.

Site 40 is very level but on a hot day no shade until very late in the afternoon. As always the facilities are kept very clean. This 'leg' has a new bathroom in place but the plumbing has not been hooked up. Once the new bathroom is operational it will be a great place to stay!

Spent 5 nights in our motor home with a group of friends camped nearby. Enjoyed our rental of the party barge. If you don't feel like cooking, go to the Windsor Pub in Windsor, IL. It is a short drive and the food and service is wonderful.

Close to the beach - maybe 60 yards. Great for the kids and pups and adults. Large common area just outside your door. Lots of sun.
