The bees were extremely bad during this stay but nothing the campground could do. It was a good stay

Campground was beautiful, very clean and well kept. Nice spacious sites, was even really quiet on a holiday weekend.
Great visitor center for Lake Shelbyville, a must visit stop. We encountered two volunteers, one at visitor center and one at campground - both were very friendly, informative about the area, and provided various materials about the Lake. Great volunteers!

We tent camped at site 40. The campsite was very nice, the showers and bathrooms were super clean and easily accessible. And our Host was AMAZING, very friendly and helpful in many ways. This was our first time at opossum creek and we will definitely be back in the future.

She was super helpful, she made rounds regular just to check on everyone. The campground was super clean and peaceful. If we pass by again we will stay there.

We picked up our new to us camper and drove from Ohio. Our first set up didn’t go as planned, but two very kind and knowledgeable men with campsites across the road from us saved our day! Beautiful, quiet campground, sites with partial hookups and full hookups. An awesome first time experience!

It was our first time camping here and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Beautiful campgrounds, friendly staff, easy access to our site made for a perfect weekend. We will be back!

Campground was really quiet where we are. Host was very friendly. Archery range is awesome, and even thou its a year old, they are already doing some expansions to it. Kayaking was awesome on lake, so many places to go too. This is my new favorite place to go, plan on coming back alot!
