Great place! Nice boat ramp, close to Sullivan, biked to the General Dacey trail from the campground, showers could be updated, there’s a lot of standing water in the stalls, some of the campsites were small, didn’t have any grassy or flat areas but we had a lot of fun. Thank you

No nearby camp store. The showers were so outdated that we didn't shower for the whole weekend. The boat ramp is a nightmare. Right out in the middle of the lake. If you like launching your boat in ocean sized waves you might like this ramp. The campsites were small.
There is one good thing--there seemed to be some nice tent only sites. But they're still in this campground.

Many of the sites are close together, but the campground is well run. The camp hosts are very helpful and kind. The cleaning staff does a really good job.

The campground is great. Spacious sites. Quiet during the day.
Speed limit is too high though. Some people are not courteous and fly down the road not thinking about kids playing or bike riding, not to mention the terrible amount of dust.

We had a great time at Opossum Creek campground! The only complaint we had was there are no outside lights on the showers at night. When you came out you couldn’t see anything and sure didn’t feel very safe at night. The showers were located on the sides of the building with the bathrooms to the front where they had one single light. This made it really dark. It’s a great campground especially for families but they really need to address the lighting for the shower area.

Campground and showers great as always. New toilet house great but one door does not close properly. Also, there is a big tent stake sticking up that couldn’t remove and presents a severe tripping hazard. Needs removed badly. It’s in bare spot when walking towards pad from parking area. And 20’ away from pad.
