We like this campground one of our favorites. Always clean and well groomed grounds, friendly staff, clean restrooms. They are always doing improvements to the campground, all the shower houses have been updated within the last few years. They are paving and adding full hookups to more sites all the time and of course the lake setting is gorgeous. our last visit was in the middle of the week so it was very quiet and peaceful. Large spacious sites are nice too. Lots to do in the area, swimming in the lake at the campground beach, fishing, boating, and Arthur, Arcola, Tuscola, Illinois are not far away and they have lots of Amish farms, restaurants, and shopping in those towns.

Site was adequately shaded but it would have really been nice if the site was blacktopped like other sites instead of gravel. Bathrooms were clean. Saw ranger a few times making us feel safe. Campground hosts very friendly.

The campground was very clean, and the bathrooms were clean. The only complaint I have is there were people across from us who had dogs. They were always barking.

Camp site was a little tricky to back into, slopped downward. Nice asphalt area.
