Lithia Springs is the perfect lake vacation. The lake is beautiful with clear water and not overly crowded. The campsites have beautiful views and the shower houses are clean.

My wife and I are seniors with a class A MH. We really like this COE campground and try to get there every two weeks. We have only had one bad experience due to a young couple with two aggressive dogs. We could not be outside due to their unattended dogs trying to attack and the growling and barking. We could not find any attendants for a complaint so we forfeited our site fees and left.

We are gratefull for the great rates at the COE parks. The park is well maintained and we feel safe there. We like to see the presence of park rangers and an occasional sheriffs deputy. A lot of upgrading has been done recently and this makes it a very good place to stay at a very affordable price.

Very clean campground, has a big marina, clean restrooms and showers. Hosts and Rangers are very helpful and will do whatever is possible to make your stay pleasurable. Highly recommend this campground, and will stay here again.
