Park is well kept. Site was fairly clean. Shower/bathrooms in excellent shape. Boat ramp needs more lanes and lights.

We happened to just check to see if any weekend open spots and must have picked up a cancellation. Our site was wonderful, fairly level and with wonderful views. The beach was a short bike ride away and perfect warm weather for our weekend stay. It was our first time at this campground and the area and we decided to make it a repeater.

We spend 2 week in August every year at Lithia Springs. The Marina allows us to have our boat with us. We fish, boat and tube while we camp at the Corps of Engineers campground. The campground is excellent. The only negative thing that has happened to us (twice) is falling trees. 3 years ago, an oak tree fell onto our camper. This year a large branch fell onto and pierced through one of our camper/lawn chairs. The corps should maybe keep an eye on the trees at each campsites. The boat launch should have additional launch lanes, also. Other than those, we love the pads, full hookups, and proximity to

There was a mishap with the space we had reserved, but there were back-up spaces for us to choose from. Everyone was very accommodating and helped us still have a lovely time. We loved the space we got and will be back to camp again! Bathrooms and showers were clean and well lit.
