Indian Celina Lake offers spacious, clean campsites in a serene, wooded environment, making it a favorite for those seeking peace and privacy. The friendly staff and well-maintained facilities, including spotless restrooms, enhance the overall experience. This is a beautiful campground. The sites are spacious and spread out. Restrooms and showers were very clean. Even though it rained during most of our stay, we absolutely loved it.

Very nice place. Secluded and quiet. There is a swimming lake close to this park, about 3-5 mi away, and you can go there if staying at this campground. People are friendly and helpful at the gate. There's a convenience store close, that has a deli, and was very good. The sites are far apart, which I liked. Felt like real camping, in that the area was very wooded, and secluded. Lake was great place for swimming, but the lake in the campground itself, was not a swimming lake.

Beautiful, remote, quiet. Everything I am looking for in a campsite. Plenty of privacy. Nice area.
My only negative is that when you hit directions using the recreation.gov app is it did not take me here. But not that big of a deal.

Garmin couldn't find the place, but we were able to still make it. For whatever reason, we were relatively alone in our area of the campground, though maybe being a Monday night had something to do with it. This was more of a stopping point for us than a destination, so our stay wasn't too long. We had a low fire pit with grill, flat area for our tent, and a picnic table. The drive was long enough that it could have accommodated an RV, and I believe our site had electric (we didn't take advantage of this). We had a bit of a view of a no-longer full moon, but trees obscured most of the night sky.
Facilities, we had vault toilet nearby It wasn't too inconvenient of a walk, but as a single, it might have been more of an issue had the campground been more crowded. I believe I read that there was also a sower facility somewhere, but we didn't find or use that.
As we were only traveling, we didn't make use of many of the facilities that were available, save our site and the facilities. But, we had no problem with our stay. It was well maintained, easy to access/find, and we had no problems while there. Were our paths to follow this path in the future, I'd have no problem staying here in the future.
