Howell Station is a highly praised campground known for its spacious, clean sites and beautiful natural surroundings, making it a favorite for families. Campers enjoy the quiet atmosphere, friendly staff, and numerous recreational opportunities, including biking and wildlife watching. Some minor improvements are suggested, like better Wi-Fi and complete hookups, but overall, visitors have had great experiences and plan to return.

Very clean, well maintained campground.
Excellent access to bike trails. Nice sized spots placed for maximum personal space.
Camp volunteers were very helpful and courteous.
Beautiful area to explore.
We love COE campgrounds.
The only bad thing was our US cellular service was terrible.
Not sure if it was the campgrounds fault but barely any service.
No US Cellular choice in your review of service choices.

My husband and I have always loved camping at Howell Station. It's really hard to go and check out other campgrounds cause nothing compares to Howell Station. Camping spots are a good space apart, restrooms are always clean. We started camping with a fold down when our children were smaller. Started at Ivan's and then came over to Howell. Of course our kids are grown and now we have grandkids. We have larger camper now, need that bathroom. LOL!! Last year was the first time our grandson's came. THEY JUST LOVED CAMPING. The trails are great for riding bikes. Nothing is like Howell Station.

We loved this place ❤. Lots of paved bike/walking trails. Camp site area is very generous! Clean restrooms and shower houses. The Knoxville racetrack is close by. The beautiful town of Pella is a must see, food, shopping and site seeing. We will definitely stay again.
