We enjoyed the small, quaint campground near Pella. We had a lot of relaxation but we're able to easily grab groceries at Fareway and enjoy downtown Pella. The shower houses were so amazing and clean! Loved the presence of the campground hosts and law enforcement. It was definitely safe.

We love camping at North Overlook. We DO NOT like the new checkout time of 12:00 Noon!! It’s just a bad time to check out, you can’t even have lunch before you get on the road again!! Please change it back to 3:00 PM

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff at the check in point were very friendly and helpful. Restrooms were newer and clean. No complaints.

What a beautiful campground! We loved all the mature trees and the shade. There was only one bathroom (which we needed) for all 40+ sites but there was always one available and they were the cleanest campground bathrooms I'd ever seen! We'll be back!

Love this campground. Our family reunion has been camping here for over 15 years. Lots of great shade trees, open spaces to gather for group meals and the bath/shower house is clean and well-kept.

This site has great shade, nearby views, and simple access to the Volksweg Trail where you can bike or hike out to the west part of Lake Red Rock or over to the city of Pella. There are good restaurants, bakeries and sights to see in Pella.

The sites are nicely shaded and well-spaced. The campground is well-kept and clean. The restrooms were cleaned frequently throughout the day and were in excellent condition. We totally enjoyed our long weekend here! Site tip: sites on the east side of the campground are next to the highway and so have some traffic noise. Sites on the west side (which ours was, #28) only get a little of that.

Was a great place although my RV C class we couldn't level it in the spot we were in and wasn't allowed to move to a flatter spot.
