During the week it was a nice quiet campground and we enjoyed our stay. Weekend - not so much!

This is an oustanding COE campground. Sites are easy to get into, we found the restrooms very clean, area was very clean as well. Camp hosts were very pleasant to talk with as well. Will enjoy coming back.

My site 170 was a nice cement pad. Itβs Old rusty 30 amp electrical post needed to be replaced and updated to 50amp 10 years ago. The roads in the campground were so broken up that I felt like I was at risk of having an accident on my bicycle.

We had to move 3 times during our 10 day stay. It would be wonderful if you could upgrade more of the sites to full hookups and fill more sites than the 25 with water.

I had to leave a day early. Notified gate staff. They refunded the fee for that day. Thanks again to the staff.

LOVE this campground!!! Only complaints I have are the acorns that kept waking me up and bothering my dogs, and that the maintenance crews don't scoop up the gravel that has been DISPLACED FROM the campsites ONTO THE ROADS, which I have to AVOID WHEN RIDING MY SCOOTER. Perhaps you could mention that a site has an oak tree right where you HAVE TO PARK THE RV!!!! The site would have been PERFECT in any month other than September! I am a 64 year old disabled woman that camps at Sugarbottom 3 to 5 times a year, and hopefully more in 2025! The Corps. does an EXCELLENT JOB KEEPING PUBLIC AND PRIVATE (individual) shower/restrooms clean! THAT MATTERS a great deal to me being DISABLED! Looking forward to the 2025 season. I will definitely be back!!! Have camped in what I call "B" loop (site #'s in 30's & 40's numerous times, and Site;s down by the lake (sites 60 +)! Next year I will be trying to camp in the Full Hook-Ups (300 - 314) in my new to me 5th Wheel)!!!! Have been using a 37' Motorhome for last 5 years! Thank GOD for the Corps! Would be really nice if Sugarbottom stayed open until Oct 31, weather permitting, like some of the Corps other campgrounds do!!! Fall is the best time of year as far as I'm concerned!!!
