Loved the campground and surrounding area. Removed 1 star because our campsite wasn't nearly as good as many others. Excellent, clean bathouses. We'll return!

A true diamond in the rough. This campground has it all - spectacular water views, activities for all the kids, a real uninhibited sky view and nature sounds abundant.

The sinks need to be better secured to the walls. Perhaps from vandalism or some other reason. Some were caulked, but not stable. More full hook up sites are needed, please.

The guy at the checkin booth was rude. The site would have been better if it was level. Great view. Cheap price and clean!

This was our third camping trip to Sugar Bottom in three weeks. The campground is thoughtfully laid out, with lots of space, options and trees. Our site was 305, and we in general liked it. The drinking water spigot is located too close to the ground, though, and made it extremely hard to fit the water filter on it. Someone should raise it. Otherwise, excellent.

Nice variety of campsites…close to water or woodland views.
