We camp there every year on the 4th with family and friends. Love boating there. Need to book as early as possible as spots go quick and for the last 2 years have had to move our camper to a different spot to stay the whole weekend.

Very nice park. Entry personnel was very helpful. Site was very nice and everything worked. Sites are not cramped. I will definitely stay here in the future when I am in the area.

We camped here with Grandkids and it was a great site. Easy back-in, shady and full hookups! Always enjoy Sugar Bottom!

Campground was clean - Bathrooms always clean . Staff did great - BUT this is a LARGE campground and No garbage cans except ONLY at the very entrance - Not good for longer stays due to this. Nice water access for boats and Beach.
We had Consumer Cellular Cell Phone and 5 STAR - at least at our campsite and on river (Unable to choose on Expensive previous carriers identified. )
