What Guests Are Saying
Riverside East is a beautiful and peaceful campground with clean sites and ample space between them, making it ideal for families and recreational activities. While the bathrooms are outdated and occasionally not well-maintained, the overall atmosphere is quiet and secluded, with easy access to the river. Some campers reported issues with access and certain amenities, but many enjoyed their stay and appreciated the natural surroundings.

Very nice campsites with covered picnic tables, campsites are spaced far enough apart that each of them have room for children and adults to play games without effecting the neighbors.

We enjoyed camping here during the fall season. Our campsite had plenty of space for the kiddos to run and play, and lots of space to ride their bikes. We would definitely camp here again!

Only issue we had is the amount of poison ivy growing in the driveways. I booked 31, 32, and 33. 32 was the main one with the issue. Still had a great time and the park ranger and camp hosts were super nice.

We stayed in April. Sites have a covered picnic table, fire ring and hookups. We were along the river which was nice hearing it flow. There was one fishing boat going up and down making it a little distracting. It seems it is a popular fishing spot. Overall, the campground is well kept the vault toilet was clean(so I was told).
