Restrooms were clean with hot water showers. The parking space was spotless, including a clean grill. The grass was neatly mowed. Trees were trimmed. Garbage cans were emptied and orderly. What more could I ask for? I had a perfect stay.
No one mans the gate so campers come in on the honor system. That could only work in Kansas.

It was a nice campsite except for no shelter for shade (and was too windy for a canopy)

The campground is very well kept. Our site 34 was on the water and a very long paved parking area. I would definitely camp here again.

1. Site 48 was too small for our 36 ft. 5th wheel rv and 4 door long bed dually.
2. Road was too narrow for easy backing into site.
3. Damaged culvert area across from site severely limited room needed to back into site 48. (I filled in some of the drop-off with chunks of asphalt & large rocks found by our fire ring.)
4. Wood post with site #48 is way too close to road & site pavement & we barely made it out with only 2 inches between rear swing of trailer and the post.
5. In the future WE will try to determine site size, etc beforehand before reserving.
6.
SUGGESTION: Smoothe out or eliminate the speed bumps at entry points!
