What Guests Are Saying
Whitehall Bay offers a beautiful and peaceful camping experience with stunning lake views and well-spaced sites, making it a great escape from city life. The campgrounds are generally clean, with good facilities such as hot showers and individual/group sites equipped with electricity and water. However, access roads are rough and poorly maintained, and some restroom facilities could use better upkeep. Overall, it's a lovely location for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty.

The roads need some major work. Whitehall bay needs ramp work, and some major bathroom maintenance, cleaning and upkeep to remain a good campground. Spacious campsites!! Very shaded!!

The only complaint is the bathrooms were not up to par. There were bugs all over the sinks and no paper towels or hand dryers. Other than that it was awesome. The campsites were nice and the picnic tables and fire rings were great. We loved kayaking on the lake and swimming.
I would like to add that getting to the park was not easy, the roads are completely torn up with big potholes and washed-out places. The wear and tear on the vehicle and camper was worrisome.

The perfect spot, GREAT Camp Hosts! We were basically by ourselves out there mid-week which made it extra quiet. Plus, it rained A LOT during our stay, even bringing up the lake level over 5' in 4 days! We were right on the point and the grounds were well kept. We explored the area including Fredonia, Fall River and Chanute where this plenty of shopping, etc.
