We had site A017, and it shouldn't have been a site. It was very washed out, to the point that we couldn't level the trailer or put chairs around the fire pit. We left after one night to find something workable. As we walked around the camp, it looked as though other sites were very nice, this particular site needs to be removed from service.

We come here several times every summer.
Wish check in was earlier than 6pm. Like 2 or 3pm. Some locals wait til very last minute to leave.

Nice area to camp. If youβre looking to leave a boat in the water this area is very limited. But, it is close to the boat ramp.

We love camping at Farnum Creek Campground. The large shaded lots with plenty of parking is what we like about it. Easy access to the boat ramp, the dumpster is right on the way and the park is kept clean.

The camp grounds were well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The restrooms were clean. Most of the sites had a lot of shade. However, the pads themselves were not level. We were unable to get our pull behind trailer completely level as one side was much lower than the other. There are no trash bins or showers at the site. They are both located closer to the front gate, maybe a forth of a mile away. Short distance to drive but who wants to get in the car and drive every time you need to dump your trash. There is also no beach/swimming access anywhere close. Even with these inconveniences listed, I will still go back. I will just be more prepared.

Bathrooms and shower house are showing their age. Neighbors ran their generator all night long. Park rangers told them to shut it off but never came back to check if they did. Parking spot was decently level.
