What Guests Are Saying
Stockdale Park offers a clean, quiet, and safe camping experience with beautiful lake views and friendly camphosts. While sites are close together and the bathhouse is a bit inconvenient, the peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained grounds make it a favorite for visitors seeking a serene getaway. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, making it a hidden gem worth returning to.

Nice smaller campground close to the boat ramp. Has a good size cove that is usually out of the wind.

We had never camped at Stockdale before and were very impressed! The camphost was very friendly and contacted the Corps of Engineers when we told them we didn't have a picnic table at our campsite. The Corp broth one early the next day!! The campsite was great and the entire area was awesome! We had a great time!

Pros-small campground, boat ramp was very close, spacious spots, friendly hosts & park rangers.
Cons-there wasn’t a courtesy dock at the boat ramp, there wasn’t a fish cleaning station, someone dumped fish into the dumpster and it left the entire campground rancid all weekend.
Thankful that some of the trees survived the flood a few years ago however a lot didn’t appear to have made it.

On the shore of Tuttle Creek Lake this park offers the quite experience any seasoned rv'er loves. With only 12 sites all water views & less than 50 yds from the water. Boat ramp, play ground for the little people, and anything you need is a 10 minute drive.
