Electric company shut off power at 10 am, by the end of the day we had to move as no one was able to connect the power. it was over 100 degrees. someone should have been able to get the power restored as nothing was wrong with the power supply it was a conflict between corp and power company. If customer service is the priority, something could have been done. The facility is great, stayed there many times, will stay again.

Site 36 is excellent spot for views of Tuttle Creak Lake. One of the biggest sites in the campground. Will definitely reserve this site again.

The RV pads were very nice. The swimming area was permanently closed for the campground which wasn't stated on the website when we booked. It looks like it was damaged due to the flooding a few years ago but it surprised me being an Army Corp of Engineers campground that they would just abandoned the building that was there and not rebuild this area for swimming. It seemed trashy to us. This campground could be a very nice area if they did some repairs and some upgrades. Not as nice as Milford Lake.... We had to drive to the state lake located on the south side of the dam to go swimming. It cost $5 which is cheap but, this area looked like a storm had gone through quite a while ago because there were downed limbs everywhere with brown leaves that is indicative of sitting for quite awhile.

Very nice Corps of Engineers park. No sewer connection but there is 50 amp and water. Sites are well spaced with fire rings, grill, and picnic tables but the gravel aprons are a little on the narrow side. Reservations are easy and the cost good. No wifi. Sufficient cell service though. Nice park overall. We camped at Tuttle Creek Cove in a travel trailer.

Paula
Is an amazing camp host. She saved our butts the first night, as one of our campers had their hose break. She made sure we were all safe as well as everyone else in the campsite. She is a blessing to the campground.

The stay was during Kansas State graduation2022, very quiet and nice place to stay.
Bathrooms and showers had lots of bugs and shower drain could have been cleaned out at least once a week. Overall great

Lean, level, large sites. Lake was low so not easy to get to water.

VERY peaceful and quiet. We originally picked site #13 but it was very uneven so we moved to #12 instead it was great. This loop as all new sites/hookups from the flooding that occurred a few years ago. You’ll get a work out up the hills too!
