Outlet Melvern is a beautiful and peaceful campground, well-regarded for its immaculate facilities, spacious and shaded campsites, and friendly atmosphere. Campers enjoy a variety of activities such as hiking, fishing, and stargazing, with many praising the cleanliness of bathrooms and common areas. While reservations can be challenging due to popularity, the overall experience is highly positive, making it a favorite destination for many visitors.

Melvern Outlet is a great place to stay. Most of the sites are very level, shaded, and long. Having 50 amp electric and sewer is a plus also. "Security" patrols regularly, so there is never any problems.

We were disappointed in the Outlet water.
Had kayaks but didn’t want to get near the water. Maybe if they out in a fountain that would help.

It is a great campground that is very clean and well kept. They need more campsites and they need to enforce the rules - there are people parking their cars and boats on the grass instead of using the parking lot at the boat ramp and there is a small problem with people not keeping their dogs tied up. They need to make it a rule that if you book Friday - you have to book Saturday - the campsites fill up 6 months in advance and a lot of retired people book to leave Saturday and that hoses people who can only camp on the weekends
