Facilities are good, like having sewer hookup. The pavilion is perfect place to host large groups

Gatekeeper staff were great....polite, respectful and easy to work with. Groundskeeper for Loop A at the Outlet, Kelly, was hard-working and friendly as she performed her duties on a regular basis.
Good overall location with numerous campsites having shade trees to use for mornings and afternoons.

Great site, friendly people at check-in and park maintenance. Also, this is a good location to go visit family and attend event in the area.

The bathrooms at the END of the loop that campsites 51 and 54 are located are extremely hot inside. There has to be something wrong with the ventilation. There are small fans in the walls of both rooms but they do nothing to dissipate the heat in the rooms. It's almost impossible to be in those rooms during the day at any hour other than early in the morning around sun up. The rest of the day they are extremely hot inside.
We love that the campground has sites that are available on a first come first serve basis, however should the hosts not be on duty when one pulls in there's no way to tell which sites are available to pick from. The sites have no tags on the posts to indicate that a site is taken for the night. We found a site that was empty and set up. Once the host was back on duty an hour later we were lucky to find out that it was available. Kind of odd.
Other than that, the campground is clean, pretty, well laid out and the campsites are also very reasonably level. We stayed here two separate times during our travel within three weeks and will return if we are in the area.
